Flowmaster Exhaust Expert Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Must be employed full-time in Auto Parts Distribution.
2. One registration permitted per e-mail address.
3. Must be over 18 years of age.
4. Contest is open to legal residents of the United States - Void in Rhode Island, Florida and New York. Excludes US Territories, Commonwealths and Overseas Military Installations. Void where prohibited.
5. No exchanges or cash value.
6. All entries will be automatically registered for the Exhaust Expert Program.
7. Starts January 25th, 2008 Ends December 1st, 2008.
8. Free Shipping included.
9. Must have valid street address for shipping for signed receipt of prize.
10. No Flowmaster employees or family members or affiliate promotion, sales or retail companies may enter.
11. Winners will be picked by a random number selection from all eligible entrants.
12. The winners will be notified by e-mail or phone. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
13. Winners will be posted on business days only.
14. Prizes will include: 2 Custom Guitars, 10 Flowmaster Matrix Jackets, 100 Flowmaster T-shirts and 200 Flowmaster Hats for a total value of $2070.00. Drawing to be held on December 1st, 2008.
15. The Grand Prize: A Trip to the 2008 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada for one valued at $800.00. Grand Prize drawing to be held on September 16th, 2008.
16. All entries qualify for all 313 prizes.
17. All taxes are the responsibility of the winners.
18. Winners will receive a gift certificate redeemable within 12 months, except for Grand Prize.
19. All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that Flowmaster has a right to publicize the winner's name and state. A winners list with name and state only, will be listed on the Flowmaster, Inc. website.
20. Odds of winning will vary everyday depending upon the number of entries.
21. In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize within fourteen-days of being e-mailed, he or she forfeits all claims to that prize. Flowmaster, Inc. then has the right to award that prize to another entrant.
22. Entries that are illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Flowmaster reserves the right to modify or terminate this giveaway or disqualify any entry in the event of technical impairment by computer virus or otherwise. In the event of early termination, Flowmaster will randomly select winners from all eligible entries received at time of termination.
23. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered.

The laws of the United States govern this giveaway with legal venue in Sonoma County, in the State of California.

NOTE: Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or obstruct the legal operation of this giveaway program is a violation of the law and will result in legal action by Flowmaster. Flowmaster reserves the right to pursue damages from any entrant in this program.
